Caroline Elizabeth Ann Davis

December 29, 2012 - March 27, 2013

Caroline Elizabeth Ann Davis, of College Station, succumbed to complications from her genetic disorder Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at her home. Although her earthly body failed her, she is rejoicing in Jesus' arms. Visitation was scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 29 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in College Station. Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 30 at Steep Hollow Church. Interment will follow at Steep Hollow Cemetery.

Caroline was born December 29, 2012 in College Station to Kenneth and Gabrielle Davis. She was a sweet and precious daughter, sister, grand-daughter, and niece who was loved and cherished unconditionally. She will be deeply missed by all of her family and friends. Praise the Lord for his gift, Caroline (Psalms 127:3-5).

She is preceded in death by her grandmother Patricia Davis.

Survivors include her parents Kenneth and Gabrielle Davis; brothers and sisters Cody, Owen, Claire, Kate and Nathan Davis all of College Station; grandparents Reid and Barbara Thorburn of New Braunfels, Boyd and Linda Davis of McAllen; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and great-grandparents.

Just found this link to Caroline's obituary in case anyone wants to see it. I will be trying to update my blog soon and hope to post Kenneth's eulogy to her there. It was the most beautiful (and hardest) words my husband has ever spoken. I am so blessed to have such a wonderful man by my side. He is my steady rock. Caroline's life has made our marriage better and stronger. Another reason for her purpose on this earth.

I want you to know I'm so impressed with you! You have been such an inspiration to me! Caroline was blessed by having you for a mom. Your love for her is an example of Christ's love for the church. I'm praying daily for you to have joy, peace, and unity in your home.
I also want you to know we speak of Caroline, and her sweet life often. She is so special to us.
